Abstract
The objective of this report is to examine in detail all repairs found in the condominium building. These elements consist of working out how to properly paint the wall outside and inside the construction site. Many places have problems such as leaks found in the column. This project is very high because it is designed with a special design and all the elements found in this are designed to look more interesting. The structure of the pipes also is something that is very important because when the opposite happens then it could cause leakage of damaged structures in the building and can cause critical damage. By identifying the corrective maintenance for all the element, this report provides a content of understanding and new knowledge on the actual implementation of technical work on site which is normally required a proper management to achieve the date line for this project.
