Abstract

This subject has been designed for both textile and a non textile student who is aiming for a career in the textile printed media and is interested in studying the media from the academic perspective. The basic general grounding in all aspects of textile print both designing and process is taught during semester 3. After that, students have more and more choice in semester 4 and 5, allowing them to concentrate on the things that interest them most .Innovative Printing is a structured programmed of technical exercise which bring together the skills necessary for developing 2 or 3D form. Students will explore the all aspects of design process from open masking to photo silk screen and hand painted. This involves creativity, problem solving, and hand and machine skills, theoretical understanding and the effective design ideas.
