PSV 715 : Cross-culture studies in art education / Faculty of Education

This subject set to encourage active participations from students in providing their individual and collective feedbacks and knowledge while discussing issues that impact art in various cultures. This course introduces the learners to the approaches of multicultural studies in Art Education curriculum. Through a series of lectures, workshops, individual research projects, students will gain skills, awareness, and appreciation of cross-cultural art and the creation of meanings in various cultures. It will focus on actual examples of curriculum that exemplify a range of approaches and methods especially in planning, implementing and evaluating multicultural art education programmer at school, college and university level.
