In short, on this report are explain about QLASSIC valuation method, equipment that used and problem that can be traced using this evaluation. This report produced based on experience for six months in site of the construction project. This report divided into various parts and initiated with company and background construction project. Ibrahim Mian Sdn. Bhd. is practical training site that occupied by writer for six months. Observation result, writer had found out that there is a new method that expended at project site to be doing quality assessment on building finishes. Procedure to carry out QLASSIC assessment fairly simple however a bit complicated in scoring part. It more unique because use of the equipment that used for assessment especially for QLASSIC. In this report, briefly explained on theoretical study which covered stages which need pass through pursuant to QLASSIC assessment. In fact procedure which made before, during or after QLASSIC assessment and problems that detected also identified. Some problems related to QLASSIC assessment has identified and this report conclude with some suggestions to solve problems with a conclusion. Hoped this report ably defined with more detailed to readers on QLASSIC assessment practicality.
