The analysis that I would like to summarize for this construction stage (pre contract stages) is a quiet difficult but is very important in the construction project life cycle where all parties like consultants, client and also the contractor are contribute in this stages and always give their own tasks. Client also has to appoint the trusted consultants to help them in fulfil their objective to construct required design. Each consultant must be able to do their responsibility to fulfil client's satisfaction with the entire job that they had done. Consultants that been appointed must work together and perform their responsibility with commitment to fulfil client's requirement. Consultants must use their experience to done all the work. But the most important word that can be described as the key for success in a construction project is commitment. A tender document is the most important document in construction contract administration.
