Abstract
In an Islamic perspective, it is critical to handle large finance, such as zakat, which serves as micro finance (non-payable) for the Ummah, in order to maintain good socioeconomic conditions. The productive receiver (Asnaf) towards Asnaf Entrepreneurial Programme (AEP) has been investigated in depth in this study through a specific issue under the Turning Over Model. The zakat institution's attempts to improve the efficiency of distribution have had a number of positive effects on Asnaf's social economy. This social economic system serves mostly as a supplement for other Asnafs who are still alive. However, certain concerns need be reviewed in order to meet the Turning Over Model's goal. As a result, the purpose of this study is to look into some of the challenges that will be problematic in accomplishing the model's goals.
