Abstract
Students pursuing this course will be introduced to aspects of professionalism of architects, the legislations that govern the practice of the architectural profession and building construction, namely the Architect Act of 1967, the registration of LAM and PAM. The course also covers issues pertaining to the professional code of conduct, the architects’ responsibilities and obligations towards the society, architects’ appointment and relationship with clients, consultants and contractors and the professional fee structure, as well as an overview on architectural set-up
