Abstract
Student representative council(MPP) refer to a students’ union which responsible for students’ welfare and activity organizing aimed at enhancing
‘softskill’ among students. Beside that, MPP exists as the main voice and medium of communication between students and the university authorities. The study is conduct in the UiTM Kota Samarahan. Questionnaires distribute random sample 200 respondents. The objective of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the MPP performance. It is to know either the MPP performance is effective or not effective. Beside that, the second objective is to examine the level of satisfaction of students toward MPP. The third objective is to determine the influence of gender on MPP performance. It mean either the gender effect the performance of MPP. The last objective is to identify the appropriate solutions to make MPP become more effective. It can provide solution to MPP to ensure they can improve their performance.
