Abstract
Students are introduced to the legal, ethical and social issues in plantation sector. This course will cover terms and conditions, process and procedures of employment, and Trade Union. General principles and basic implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA) and Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) also discussed.
