The satisfaction of students among undergraduate towards facilities in UiTM Kota Kinabalu, Sabah / Fatin Zahirah Mansur and Shahirah Zainol

Student satisfactions is part of the student that continuous their studies in university. The facilities provided by university can effect student satisfactions. This study focuses finding a Mann Whitney U test based on the factors that affect student satisfactions. These factors are transportation, faculty, students' accommodation, and building. This study provides better explanation to the university students about satisfactions towards facilities in university. Furthermore, this study also can be used by the university in order to give better understanding about the factors that affect student satisfactions towards facilities in university. However, the study was limited by the limited area that only focuses in one university that is UiTM Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. At the end of this study, it was found that the factors (transportation, faculty, students' accommodation, and building) contributed significantly to the student satisfactions.
