Abstract

In the construction field there is a lot of uncertainty risk that occur either before, during or after the construction period. We cannot avoid the risk from happen, but we can reduce the risk to the minimal point, so that no major injuries would occur either to the public or to the company itself. Sometime the risk that happened during the construction period affected not only to the project itself but also can affect the other properties such as the surrounding buildings if the method of the construction is not properly planned and selected. Any wrong decisions making during the construction period will give some impact to the project even it just a small decision. The aim of this final project is to study the risk management implementation in the construction field and to identity the major risk that usually occur in the construction field. So, to support this research, two (2) on going projects have been selected and taken as case study. From this research, hopes that it would gives clear perception to the reader for those who never implement the risk management in the construction.
