Abstract
An architectural studio is the hub for architectural knowledge where students and tutors are able to conduct sharing of ideas and knowledge in a conducive learning environment. In order to create this environment, there are a few criteria that needs to be considered in order for it to be achieve. There are sensorial criteria and physical criteria. Both criteria have their importance in creating a conducive and comfortable environment for students. On this particular research, however, will emphasize on the physical criteria which usually related to ergonomics and anthropometric of the studio environment. This research is an attempt to study and investigate the relationship between ergonomics and it's effect in the comfort level of the users in studio 08 in UiTM Seri Iskandar Perak. The main issue of the study is what is the criteria needed to achieve an ergonomically comfortable studio environment and how does this criteria effect the users in term of ergonomic comfort. In this research, only two methods for collecting data is used to achieve the objective of the study. These method are through observations and distribution of questionnaires to students. the data collected are the tabulated and analyzed.
