Abstract
The goal of this study is to explore the experience of parents towards students’ online learning in Malaysia Primary Education during COVID-19 outbreak which involved learning assignments, online learning methods used and digital usage as their variables. Therefore, this research project involves 350 of parents in Putrajaya especially in Presint 8, 9 and 11. Furthermore, this study is performed to establish the essential relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. This research also shows that the learning assignments, online learning methods used, and digital tools usage have a vital relationship with the experience of parents during online learning. In addition, the survey used by researchers in by using online questionnaires in the google form platform. The survey has also provided the researchers with a clear and great insight into the issue. Not only that, the findings of this research shows that many parents experienced online learning during COVID-19 outbreak since they need to assist their children during online classes. This study concludes that the learning assignments, online learning methods and digital tools used in online learning really helps the students and parents in wading through the online learning.
