A study on the factors that influence students’ financial management behaviour in UiTM Campus Seremban / Mohamad Ashraf Shamsul Suhaimi and Nur Ezrin Syahirah Mohd Noor

The purpose of the study was to examined factors influencing financial management behaviour among students in UiTM campus Seremban. The study was carried between October 2021 until July 2022. This study employed a convenience sampling techniques in collecting the survey data. The result of the study revealed two important findings. First, majority of the respondents were agreed with the existence of Financial literacy, self-control, peers influence and parents socialization as the factor to influencing financial management behaviour among student in UiTM campus Seremban. Second, there is significant relationship between peers influence and the factors that influencing financial management behaviour among students in UiTM campus Seremban. Therefore, this studies uniquely positions itself to make both theoretical and empirical contributions to the multi-domain literature including management and psychology literature.
