Abstract
This research was done to identify the factors that influence students’ motivation during online distance learning in UiTM Seremban 3. This research identified the learning environment, workload, and student-educator interaction as significant determinants. The purpose of this study is to determine the link between all aspects that impact students' motivation during online distance learning. Through the use of Convenience Sampling and Quantitative Sampling, 232 respondents were sent online questionnaires that needed to be completed. The responders are mostly students from UiTM Seremban 3. Using IBM SPSS Statistics 26, each respondent's feedback and reaction will be dissected in order to examine the link between these three factors and students' motivation during online distance learning at UiTM Seremban 3. All of the aforementioned factors were proven to have a strong favorable effect on students' motivation during online distance learning at UiTM Seremban 3.
