Our major goal is to supply mask chains at a reasonable price and of great quality, so that our customers are completely satisfied. The mission of Mairah Mask Chain is to create a mask chain that will make it simpler for a customer to wear a mask without difficulty. The vision of Mairah Mask Chain is to assist consumers in taking care of their health during the COVID-19 endemic.
Mairah Mask Chain was founded by Aisyah Maisarah and Nursairah Shazana on April 21st, 2022. The Mairah Mask Chain's main target is Malaysian society because this disease is still widespread in our country. We also target all age groups and genders. Along with the mask chain, the Mairah Mask Chain includes a mask and a magnetic buckle to attach the chain. Our customers may purchase our items over Facebook utilizing online payment banking. To market our products and engage with customers, we mostly utilize Facebook as a social media platform. Following our observations, we decided to use Facebook as our platform because people currently spend significant amounts of time on Facebook. Therefore, we will be able to effortlessly market our mask chain.
Mask chains have recently been popular since they come in a variety of styles, colors, and forms, but the downside is that other sellers charge ridiculous prices for them. As a result, we decided to sell mask chains at a low cost so that everyone may have their own mask chain. To catch buyers' attention, we also employ teasers, soft sell, and hard sell strategies covered in the Principles of Entrepreneurship (ENT530) course.
Mairah Mask Chain has always received positive comments from customers since its establishment. They remarked that they were really pleased with the quality because they purchased it at a low cost. As a result, we always have many existing customers. Thus, even though we have completed this training, we intend to continue this business.
