Abstract

NimShedaps.so is a partnership business based in Kelantan where we sell Choco Tub to customers where it comes fromthree types of cereals like Coco Rice, Mini Coco Crunch and Coco Ball. Our partnership business is owned by two partners consisting of Mrs. Fatin and Mrs. Nadia. We have created this business because one of our partners is very fond of eating choco jar, so to make a difference, we have tried our business with Choco Tub where it is the number one in Malaysia that uses the tub for choco jar.
As we are still new in this food and beverage industry, we are determined to take ourselves to another level by introducing our business to the world. It takes a lot of courage and full commitment to stand up and face the world while promoting this NimShedaps.co. The purpose of this report is to acknowledge students on how to handle the business by using social media. As for us, we have created the Facebook Page named NimShedaps.co in order for us to promote our Choco Tub to the world.
Next, our prices that we set to our customers are also at a reasonable and affordable price where they can afford it. We also provide the best service to all customers where we always maintain a good attitude especially when we reply to messages fromour customers in order to ensure the relationship between customers. In addition, we also take note of all the feedback from our customers where most of them love to try our Choco Tub.
Apart fromthat, we also devise our own strategies to ensure our sales can increase. The strategy we have used to grow our business is to create teasers for our new products. It is important for us to create a teaser because it is one of our marketing strategies that builds interest through curiosity to each customer. In addition, we also do some marketing known as hardsell and softsell where it helps us a lot to attract our customers to get a little knowledge about our Choco Tub. Not only that, we also provide relevant graphics for each copywriting to entice customers to buy and try our Choco Tub where it will impress every customer who sees our post. As a result, this strategy was successful because most of our Choco Tubs were sold out and we also reached our target even though we were still new in the business. But as far as we are concerned, we also need to follow other strategies to ensure our sales do not go down.
