Abstract
The main objective of the research was to investigate the problem that occured in the organization of PERT. The design of the research involved a study of two departments (Management Department and Engineering Department). A questionnaire was developed for the respondents to answer. 10 respondents from management department and 20 respondents from Engineering Department answered the questionnaire.
