Abstract
Amja’s Kitchen is the name of cake producer since 2013. Starting as a homebased business with limited resource and equipment has never stop their effort in providing the best cakes for their customers. Starting with only a few types of cakes, they managed to create an impactful image towards this bakery. As time goes by, they tend to add more type of cakes with distinguish design and looks to attract more customers.
The best-selling cakes are “tornado cake” and “Sarang Semut cake”. This cake has really became the highest demand since we introduce it for the past few months. Until now, we still receive orders for these cakes every day and roughly, the numbers of orders have increased up to 2 times as compared to the earlier introduction period.
Now we are focusing on social media advertising as a new trend of promotion by utilising effective copywriting method. This alternative has more benefits as compared to traditional marketing. It is cost effective and flexible. All updates and new cake announcement can be shared to all customers in no time. We do believe, this new alternative way of promotion and marketing, has really contribute to our success.
