Abstract

The Good Governance practice at the workplace is very crucial to the organization especially to maintain and develop integrity among public servants in the public service organizations. The research was applied in the area of Putatan which focused in the function of Putatan District publics Council towards their public satisfaction. There are three variables that influence the satisfaction towards people in Putatan District Council by practicing Good Governance concept included Transparency, Trustworthy and Accountability. The main aim of the study is to determine the practicing of Good Governance in Putatan District Council towards the public satisfaction. The study was using simple random method by distributing questionnaires in selected people.
