Abstract
The purpose of this research is to acknowledge the readers about teaching choral music to non-music members. This research may be valuable for those who want to gain deeper knowledge in teaching choral music. This research mainly focused on three different objectives which are the teaching methods used by teachers in teaching their students, the challenges that they faced when they are teaching them, and how do teachers select repertoire for their students. This research will be very useful for music students who are interested in conducting choral music and vocal coaching. This will be the guidelines for conductors in doing preparations to conduct a choral group in the future.
