Abstract

Employee satisfactions have attracted large attention of company and believe to be the most studied construct in business. Many company realized that customer satisfaction is the key for future success of the company. Therefore, in this study I try to determent the employees job satisfaction in oil and gas company. The objective of this study is to measure the employees job satisfaction, evaluating how each factor have the relationship with the identified variables. From this study, I have discovered that all of the three factors of employees job satisfaction have significant with each other. There for we can see that the entire factor has important contribution for the quality of the overall company performance. Here we can conclude that employees are satisfied to work in the company.
