Abstract
Quatre A’s Sushi was created in August 2019 by four business partners (Afina, Aisyah, Azlien, Adiba) and located in Petaling Jaya. Even though we sell various types of Japanese foods, our main focus is on sushi. We also use social media and direct buying as a method of selling. The restaurant’s location is very strategic and easy to find. We focus on people who love sushi, working people, students and anyone who stays alone. Because some of them were too busy and they did not have any time to prepare meals on their own. So Quatre A’s Sushi can ease their work. The company has 20 workers including the founder. The food’s price range was around RM3 to RM15. The delivery’s cost is charged according to the customer’s area. Customers can also dine in or buy directly at restaurants or self-pick up especially for those who want to save money on delivery charge and anyone who stays around. The restaurant rent was RM1000 per month. It is open every day from 10 a.m until 10 p.m but closes during public holiday. The tagline of this restaurant is “Delight in Every Bite” because we focus on the taste and quality of each bite of the food eaten by customers. We hope that this business will be more successful in the future and all the business’s plans can be achieved.
