Sistem Harta Modal for Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Hulu Terengganu / Nurdhiya Husna Alyas

"Sistem Harta Modal" was develop to Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Hulu Terengganu (JPSHT) in order manage asset management system. The objective of this system are to make the proper process for record all the asset that belongs to the JPSHT and also develop a proper record management to the organization. Other than that is to make the staff . easy to locate the location of the asset of the JPSHT. The most important thing of this system is to enhance security for the asset records. The methodology used to develop this system is following the SDLC phases which are including planning, analysis, and design. During the interview that was done toward the staff at JPSHT, developer was told that the manual ways has lots of disadvantages. In order to reduce the problem of the organization, developer was come out with this system. The result of this system shown that, by using this system the problem in managing asset in the organization was reduce. Other than that, the staffs work also easier using this system. The data of the asset also more secured than using the manual way. There are lots of benefits of this system that will help the organization manage their asset and records.
