This project paper is prepared in partial fulfilment of the degree of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Finance. For this purpose, I have selected a topic entitled," An analysis of the performance of construction companies listed om the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KISE:) using financial ratio analysis.
The purpose of this study is to enable the readers to become aware that there exists models that could be applied in analyzing the current performance of companies. especially in detecting symptom(s) that might lead to a success or failure.
The ratio analysis is one of the methods in analyzing the performance of a company's success and failure Therefore, this project paper will provide a view of corporate performance, which is vital to a company. Besides that, this study also reveals the usefulness of the ratio analysis.
