Abstract
Therefore, to have a better cDNA and to improve the construction of the cDNA libraries it is recommended to use cap structure at the end of mRNAs strand for isolation of the full-length mRNAs as to develop more full-strength sequences of genes. CapFinder, CapJumping and CapSelect are some of the techniques used to get a better extraction of the mRNA. In this experiment, reverse transcriptase enzyme that will be used is Moloney Murine Leukemia Viruses reverse transcriptase (MMLV RTase).
