Our final project study is located at Ixora Hotel, Seberang Prai, Pulau Pinang. The purpose the final project is to know how to manage the high rise building in term process of the maintenance. Maintenance work is very important to make sure the buildings do not have any problem if happen emergency and how they control and manage the maintenance services to look the building always in condition good. Ixora Hotel almost 4 years was operate and the building still good. Moreover, the defect in building not too much because if have a problem or defect, the building maintenance will repair directly as soon as possible. This building has a six tenancy and all the tenancy still new. We also know about the financial management in this building because to know how much the financial for maintenance only and how they budget their financial for maintain the building. In conclusion, this building is the hotel so customer and service is important. This building should give a comfort to occupant.
