Abstract
Checklist is one of main practice that had been use by many organization especially organization that involved with programming. It had been proven very useful in assisting organization to achieve its target. It is also well-known for its simple features and low cost of implementation. Many had labelled that checklist is a great tool that helped them to achieve their target. It is often heard that in some occasion, organization did produce defects. Some of this defect had prevention steps that already mentioned in the checklist. This raised a major question among its practitioner. They questioned if checklist is already efficient. A sum of 46 Correspondents had participated in the survey study and 3 interviewees had contributed their feedback during these studies. Resulted from this research, it is found out that the entire factor which had been mentioned above is vague in some area. It is found out that long checklist did not have effects on packager/programmer during research. Further study should be done on this area. A study should be done on how to improve the efficiency of checklist in the future research recommendation.
