Abstract
The purpose of this research is to obtain a better understanding of the concept of customers' product and services. It relates to investigating the current level of customers' satisfaction towards facilities provided and quality service in Sudut Pertemuan Remaja (SUPER) or Youth Meeting Center. The objective of this research is to determine the factors that influence visitors' level of satisfaction towards facilities provided, products offered and quality service rendered. The researcher has restricted the area of survey to be within Satok Shopping Complex area only. This issue is important in order to have an overview of the facilities provided, products offered and quality service in influencing the customers' level of satisfaction. This research was conducted by obtaining primary data from distributed questionnaires. Besides that, the personal interview method was also used in this research. The customers' experiences and comments on SUPER facilities, products offered and quality service were recorded. The secondary data were also used in this research to support the recommendations. One hundred forty (140) questionnaires were distributed to the respondents who visited SUPER.
