Chapter four will be discussed about the design for the building, building element and also the building services provides inside the building. Chapter five is about the condition survey as we need to the inspection for the building. Chapter six will be discussed about the maintenance strategy for the building which is done by the maintenance team inside the building. Chapter seven will talk about the legal aspect regarding the building such as tenancy agreement and other agreement. Chapter eight is about the financial aspect which is for the building regarding the maintenance income and maintenance expenditure. Chapter nine is about the problem and recommendation for the building we study and last chapter is the conclusion for the whole case study.
