In growing development of construction especially in our country takes a lot of effort and mindful, alert procedure in planning to construct the best quality of building for a great satisfaction and a good feedback from the occupant. It needs a solid idea and a great team to achieve what we goals for. Thus, good relationship and information from different parties are important to avoid problem occur in the building component and structure. Otherwise, the developer will suffer huge losses and wastage. A detailed inspection in a proposed a new building such as soil investigation, site condition, material condition , type of construction, inspection after finish construction and many more should be concern and take seriously to make sure that building is in good condition. With a lot of hard work in obtaining the information, inspection method and the building can be use follow the function and safely. In Malaysia, we can see in some problem and cases in construction and development we will be faced such as failure in foundation, serious defect occur, and building not functionally cannot be avoided. For example building collapse and serious crack occur in residential. Therefore, the examples which have been described will lead to the wastage problems and failure in project.
