Building plan approval / Asriady Amran

Building plan approval need to be gained before any of construction can be done. The approval of building plan is issued by local authority. The purpose of this report is to understand about Building Plan Approval in term of who can submit the application, document required, the procedure for application of building plan approval and the causes of the plans is rejected by local authority. The case study for this report will explain about the application of building plan approval for 3-storey detached house including the procedure and problem regarding the issue of building plans approval. All the information about building plan approval is gained based on the experience of doing practical training at Kota Kinabalu City Hall for 4 month and also through the interview and study. In conclusion, the plans and document submit for the approval must comply with the requirement of building plan approval and technical agencies.
