Master work programme using Microsoft project / Nur Dalila Mat Desa

The report briefly explained the process refurbishment of building . The report is guided from my experience from 16 weeks in company Jabatan Kerja raya Daerah Manjung. Industrial training is a compulsory code for all Diploma-in Building Surveying students to complete their study. It is important to the student because it will expose student with the real-world of work. Besides that, student can have the experiences and see the process of the project. Jetty Kampung Telaga Nenas has been construct by Syarikat Sri Melor. This company was establishing in Lekir, Perak. In addition, this company has taken a lot of project from JKR Manjung. This project was handling by En Megat, JKR Manjung road technician. This project was start possession on 1st August 2013 and will be finish on 26th November 2013. By doing the Bill of Quantity the total cost of this project is RM346, 000. The tender was open on the early year 2013. There are many contractors was apply this project and offered the cost of project depends on work and material will be use. Contractors will send a form to JKR known as quotation tender document. JKR will analyze and make a decision to choose the best and logic price with consistent the work and material.
