Abstract

The study will be carried out to determine the factors (job satisfaction, motivation and commitment) that affect job performance at Vida Beauty Company. The population who become my sample consists of workers employed in Vida Beauty Company. A total of fifty-five participants were randomly selected to answer the questionnaire. This study will reveal that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and job performance. In addition, this study also found that there was significant correlation between commitment and performance. Another motivating factor is also having a positive impact on performance. It is proved that the Pearson correlation, the results show that these variables have a positive relationship.
