This project is about proposed upgrading to the existing interior design of Common Area Marina Cove Resort at Jalan Teluk Batik 32200 Lumut, Perak for Marina Cove Resort Management Sdn Bhd. This project is to fulfill the designer and client need to upgrade the new style and the concept of Marina Cove Resort Lumut to be better than before and can attract more tourist to come and make they feel the enjoyment and tranquility in the MCRL and also make it the one of the place tourism in the world. It is divided into three phase where first phase is about introduction of the project, consist client, location of site.issues, aim and etc. Second phase is about into a process of data collection regarding to proposed upgrading site, case study and etc. Lastly, the third phase is a final where the design starting to develop from design concept and images until it is the conclusion. The case study on local is the Golden Palm Tree Resort at Kg. Bagan Lalang 43950 Sungai Pelek, Selangor and Virgo Batik Resort Lumut while the precedent study is Idyllic Concept Resort and The Kahala Hotel and Resort. The design objective for this project are to introduce new design style to be more better than before and can attract more tourist to come, provide the design solution on the circulation and space planning, create new look of furniture and create the arrangement of furniture to be better than before. In addition, the design problem solution is solve the problem that identify to be better than before based on good design and planning.
