Development order of depot Bus Batu Caves and Complex Rapidbus Cheras Selatan / Nurul Amira Md Nasri

Practical training is one of the conditions required for student majoring in building surveying. This is because it is one of the conditions required for students for the award of a certificate of diploma upon completion of a course taken at University Technology Mara. Whiten undergoing practical training period student must prepare a report on the training run and the topic shall relate to the course which was received by supervisor. Planning permission or development order is one of the authority processes in getting a development approval. Planning permission is a written permission from the local authority. There are few process and procedure in applying the planning permission approval. This report will further explain about how the process of planning permission approval is gain. Furthermore, all the submission is monitor by the authority in each one stop center and consultant had to follow the requirement needed of one stop center (OSC) in planning permission application. Case study had shown that project in Complex Depotbus Rapidkl Cheras Selatan and Depot Bus Rapidkl Batu Caves have been through the process of planning permission.
