Malaysia has very good potential in construction development. The demand for the industrial building, commercial and housing also increased. The area that having high commercial value is limited at the Malaysia city center nearby the coastal area such as Melaka States.. To solve the land problem, the developer was changed the shape of the development from the land to the coastal reclamation project. Recently we found that many construction of the coastal area in Malaysia such as Sabah, Kedah, Selangor and Melaka States. Knowing this scenario, the State Government allows to develop the coastal area to solve the land problem, and to keep the view of the coastal area more interesting fascinating. The reclamation project have very good demand from the public because the strategic area and high commercial value. The development on the reclamation area is construct for the office space, housing development with the infrastructure facilities such as traffic system, boat terminal and jetty.
