Proposed new interior design scheme for Rumah Tetamu Batu Gajah for Majlis Daerah Batu Gajah at Jalan Changkat Batu Gajah / Mohamed Fuad Shahariman

This report writing is about the proposed proposal of Rumah Tetamu Batu Gajah for the Majlis Daerah Batu Gajah. This final project duration is about 4 month. The scope of work for this project is including make some observation and analysis about citizen, the site and to propose a solution according to the problem and requirement from citizen. This project site is located at Batu Gajah old magistrate court, Jalan Changkat Batu Gajah. The hotel target market is to attract hospital visitor, university register student, foreign traveler and also citizen how want to create event. For now, the building have their own design and to stay the historical valuer the element of ornament did not touch and just to give a new breath of design that can attract people to came here and fight other hotel design. For have a complete facilities, they want to create a few area such as, restaurant and hall. They are a few way that have been used to observe the problem that need to be solve and getting information data, such as having some discussion with citizen, make some observation and take some visitor opinion on the internet. For the space requirement, we will provide two type of room, royal suite and president suite. We also provide restaurant, lounge, banquet hall, kitchen, service room and also reception counter.
