Civil maintenance management based on CMMS Beam of University Science of Malaysia (Health Campus), Kubang Kerian Kelantan / Muhammad Ariff Abdul Manaf

USM (University Sains Malaysia) Health Campus that chose for my placement to the the practical training. USM Health Campus is located at Jalan
Kubang Kerian, Kelantan. USM Health Campus was easily found because it was located in the Hospital University Science of Malaysia (HUSM). As
general knowledge, the USM has 4 campuses in Malaysia. For the main campus is located at Pulau Pinang, for engineering campus located at Perak
Darul Ridzuan, for IPPT campus located at Bertam, and lastly for health campus is located at KubangKerian. For industrial training, I have chosen the university's health sciences campus Malaysia (USM) in Kubang Kerian, Kelantan. I chose this company because there are many people inside and one of the major organizations that are in Kelantan. I think, I may be able to gain a lot of knowledge in the organization and how to interact with employees who work in it. I had
previously studied soft skill at University Technology of Mara (UiTM), Seri Iskandar, Perak. I feel I have gained while in the basic industries.
