Abstract
Third party website is a web-based technology which not operated or controlled by government and they also do not involve any important participation of non-government entity. It is act as agent to the main website of the hoteliers. Moreover, the third-party website shows comparison of hotel prices and aspect of the hotel experience, consumer can search by location, dates and type of room that they want. Not only that, it also shows a review on a certain hotel by the previous guests that stayed in the hotel. Thus, this aims to identify the influence of the third-party website review on hotel booking intention. In this study, a total number of 122 valid responses of the tourists (Malaysian and non-Malaysian) were analyzed in order to achieve research objective. The result is consistent with the influence of third party website review on hotel booking intention. The mean score of each attributes and variables were used to analyzed the data. Six attributes were found to be the influence in hotel booking intention.
