Abstract
The study purpose is to identify the local community perception on ecotourism and to identify the impact of ecotourism on economic, social and environment. It is important to know the local community perception on ecotourism because it determines the local community support towards the development of ecotourism. For this study, the researcher chooses three determinants of benefit on ecotourism, which is economic, social and environmental. There are 40 respondents were chosen consist of local communities at Kampung Kuantan Firefly Park, Selangor. The findings of the study show that Local communities at Kampung Kuantan have a positive view of ecotourism and aware about the benefit through this type of tourism.
