This research is carried out to test the relationship between student-teacher interaction, teacher’s online performance, course evaluation towards student’s satisfaction with online learning. The data were collected from respondents from three different faculties in UiTM Seremban Campus. The methods applied are Correlation Analysis, T-test, and Multiple Linear Regression for this study. Based on the finding, there is a strong positive relationship between teacher interaction, teacher’s online performance, course evaluation towards student’s satisfaction with online learning. Meanwhile, there is a significant mean difference in student’s satisfaction among gender.
