Installation of roofing at Taman Semarak Nilai, Negeri Sembilan / Putera Mohamad Zubir

The construction industry is one of the most important industries and the impact on the development process in Malaysia. Roofing and trusses are usually used on this industry in Malaysia. In addition, installations of roofing at construction site are available to resident home, commercial and industry. The objective of this study was to know about ways installation of roofing in detail construction. Next, to distinguish of steel trusses and wood trusses. The scope of this study focuses on the construction site of Project Cadangan Kerja-Kerja Penyelengaraan Bangunan Di Rumah Pangsa Kos Rendah Taman Semarak, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. The study sample included G5 grade contractors involved in the construction project at a cost of RM 3,620,006.00. Data was collected through interviews, observations, take photos and walk through. The results of this study indicate that the installation of roofing and a steel trusses. It is to repairing a existing roof that has decay and ensure a occupant can be save in that building.
