Abstract
Malaysia is one of the 12 countries with biodiversity. This biodiversity encompasses all aspects of life, such as terrestrial, aquatic systems, and ecological complexes, including the diversity between sepsis and ecosystems. The richness of diversity found in Malaysia is estimated at 60% to 70% of the world’s total biodiversity. This is very important to maintain because each sepsis interacts in a different chain system with each other. However, Malaysia is threatened with the extinction of this precious treasure. Various campaigns have been carried out but this issue never seems to end. Almost 14% of endangered animals in Malaysia are in critical condition. Among the endangered animals are the Malayan tiger, Sumatran rhinoceros, ants, turtles, orangutan, Borneo elephants, and tapirs. Greedy and irresponsible human attitudes are one of the leading causes of extinction. Among them is the large-scale clearing of land for agricultural, trade, and industrial development. In addition, unplanned development and illegal logging activities such as the felling of high-value trees in tropical rainforest markets have caused many animals to lose.
