Abstract
The study was conducted to find out the relationship between work life balance and job performance among support staff at Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri Dan Hal Ehwal Pengguna Kuching, Sarawak (KPDNHEP). There are three independent variables for work life balance which are Leave, Assistance Programs and Flexible Working Hours that has been used in order to conduct this research. The questionnaire was been used as the survey instrument which was adopted from Joyce et al., (2013). There were 100 questionnaires were distributed at KPDNHEP. 82 questionnaires were returned back and the data were analyzed using SPSS Version 2.5. As for the result, Flexible Working Hours (r=.485**, n=82, p<0.01) had the moderate, positive and significant relationship with Job Performance. Meanwhile the findings of this study had been suggested that the organization should provide more. Assistance Programs such as counseling and consultation in order to improve the support staff at KPDNHEP performance.
