Abstract
Pembinaan SPK Sdn Bhd (PSPK) forefronts the construction division of Syarikat Permodalan Kebangsaan Berhad (SPK). SPK is a 100% Bumiputra public company that was incorporated in 1961. The PSPK Group or SPK’s construction division carries out its construction businesses through several subsidiary companies, including PSPK itself.Pembinaan SPK Sdn Bhd (PSPK) was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1965 on 10 July 1984. As at the date hereof, the principal activities of PSPK are investment holding and the provision of civil and building construction services and infrastructure works. Its subsidiaries are principally involved in the construction business. The PSPK Group has the expertise, track record, experience, a strong, competent and efficient core team and the financial capability to undertake construction projects of any size, complexity and amount, and from various sub-sectors of the construction and infrastructure industry, including high rise and special purpose buildings, hospitals, marine dredging, roads and bridges and engineering works. As a dynamic and rapidly expanding company, we seek enthusiastic and committed individuals with a passion to success to join and grow with our team. Now they are doing construction project, Hospital Kuala Krai Fasa 2 (268 katil) which is in Kelantan.
