As at the date hereof, the principal activities of PSPK are investment holding and the provision of civil and building construction services and infrastructure works. Its subsidiaries are principally involved in the construction business. The PSPK Group has the expertise, track record, experience, a strong, competent and efficient core team and the financial capability to undertake construction projects of any size, complexity and amount, and from various sub-sectors of the construction and infrastructure industry, including high rise and special purpose buildings, hospitals, marine dredging, roads and bridges and engineering works.
