The sample of this study consists of 60 graduates of UiTM Shah Alam who conduct business throughout Malaysia. This study is a descriptive research and uses questionnaires as a research instrument. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistic and statistical inferential which are frequency, mean score and Pearson correlation using Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0. The results showed that the mean score for skills factor, attitude factor and motivation factor was high at 4.09, 4.06 and4.14. Meanwhile, for background factors that include family background, education and experience show a moderate mean score of 3.46. This study also shows that there is no significant relationship between the age and the four factors mentioned above that affect someone to choose entrepreneurship as a career.
