Abstract
This research studies the relationship between employees’ job satisfaction at the workplace and the indicators that will affect the employees’ job satisfaction. This study will analyse the scope of job satisfaction among employees, who work at City Square office building, Johor Bahru, Johor. Survey data was used in this research to identify the level of job satisfaction among the employees where 50 respondents were selected randomly to response to the questionnaire. This survey consists of two sections which are Section A where the factors affecting employees’ job satisfaction are studied and Section B which include the demographic profile of respondents.
At the end of this study, the result and finding will answer the research questions which are to identify the indicators that affecting employees’ job satisfaction in the workplace, either the variables influence employees’ job satisfaction and seeking the factors that mainly contribute to job satisfaction
