Abstract

Bangunan Sultan Iskandar was a government building consisting of government agencies such as the Customs Department, Immigration Department, police station, the Public Works Department branch Bangunan Sultan Iskandar and others. Building Property Management has given responsibility to the two companies, namely maintenance Advanced Maintenance Precision Management (AMPM) Sdn Bhd and Global Facilities Management (GFM) Sdn Bhd to preserve and maintain the building as quickly as possible in terms of damage to the facility and others. With both of these companies, this building can be maintained properly and regularly. Both companies are doing maintenance on the scope of work that differs. On behalf of AMPM, it just damage control is based on the scope of the architecture and structure. The maintenance strategy is following the
work order such as preventive maintenance and CMMS KPI evaluation work also. The building is complying with all the legal aspect and also the contract agreement with the tenant.
