Provision of tourist facilities in Pantai Teluk Cempedak, Kuantan Pahang / Nur Diaeana Hazumi

In the tourism sector, tourism facilities are one of the important elements to enhance development as well as tourist attractions. A study was conducted at tourist attractions on the tourist facilities in Pantai Teluk Cempedak, Kuantan, Pahang. The study was focused on a problems related to provision of tourist facilities in Pantai Teluk Cempedak. To achieve the objectives of this study, several objectives have been set up including to identify the existing tourist facilities and to analyze tourist attractions of the facilities available in Pantai Teluk Cempedak to meet the needs of consumers. There are two methods used to collect data, which is primary data sources which include survey form and observation sessions and secondary data sources which is online surveys such as Google Maps and Google Street Views on facilities available. Based on the research, the provision of tourism facilities should be emphasized to increase the tourist attraction in Pantai Teluk Cempedak to become an interesting tourist spot in Kuantan, Pahang. At the end of the research, several recommendations were made including creating and enhancing the attraction elements to drive visitor numbers, provide and upgrade facilities to facilitate visitors to Pantai Teluk Cempedak and enhance the security aspect in providing tourist facilities.
